100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Kitehawk Farm is dedicated to producing the finest quality 100% organic extra virgin olive oil using sustainable practices. 

Located on California's central coast in wine country, our climate is perfect for growing exceptional olives.  Hot summer days, cool evenings with a coastal breeze combined with mild winters produce the best flavor in our oil.  We have ample well water, use only organic fertilizer and mulches, and hand pick our fruit. 

We mill and centrifuge (not press) oil from our olives within hours of harvest on our small farm using Mill on Wheels to protect the gourmet quality of our olive oil.
